Last year, I broke down and sold my Texas made, '88 Medley Custom. I had decided that the guitar no longer fit my musical style. I was looking for something with more of a vintage vibe. The shredder look wasn't my thing.
After selling my Medley Custom.......I totally missed the guitar. Through a fortunate set of circumstances, I was able to buy my Medley Custom back. I have since decided that even though I'm still not into the shredder look, the guitar itself is awesome and rocks. It is one of my most versatile and playable guitars.
Even though I have quite a few VERY nice Hamer Studio's and a Hamer Standard, my Medley Custom get's picked up and played every day.
Does anyone else love the versatility/playability of their shredders..........but not necessarily their looks?
