Allen very kindly loaned me his Avalon Sport(complete with war damage!) to use this weekend with my band, Grumpy Old Men. It arrived today with Dan Baird's funk all over it, but has since been given a three angle valve job and a blower polish...
This is ONE BAD ASS GUITAR, kids. 7.8 pounds of rompin' stompin' mahogany 'n rosewood Bluesbar fueled RAWK GUITAR! Intonation is for PUSSIES, gimme a WRAPAROUND!!!!! (actually, a properly set up Wrapper will intonate quite nicely, thank you!)
