Here are my two Robins: I have a '96 Revival in Shell Pink w/ gold hardware and a '92 Trans Green Medley with black hardware. I am looking at an Avalon for my next Robin purchase. http://robinlovers.com/discus/messages/6/854.jpg

Great pieces. Did that shell pink one come from Ebay? I seem to remember it...

Thanks, I really love these two guitars!! The Revival came right here from the forum! I picked it up from some guy out of Tenn in Dec '03, he bought it for his daughter, from my understanding she jammed to loud they did not like it so they yanked it from her. I ended up trading the guy for a 70's Ovation Custom Balladeer I had. Let's just say I am in to this guitar for a song (pun intended)! http://robinlovers.com/discus/clipart/happy.gif

http://robinlovers.com/discus/messages/6/953.jpg I have added a new Medley (new for me anyway) to my stable! It is a very clean 1991 Exotic Top with a Screamin Demon in the bridge and a hotrails in the neck. This has become my new favorite guitar!

I had a 64 Coral Pink Strat years ago, this Revival is the first pink guitar that I've seen that was as cool as my Strat. Very Cool.

I had that pink one, or it's twin a few years back... I'm trying to find the pics... I custom ordered one in '97, and wouldn't trade it for the world... How's the tone on that one? I believe Dave told me that the bodies were Basswood?? I couldn't get the thing to come alive.. But I am use to the ash bodied ones..

The pink one is a '96 model, I was told that it belonged to the original owner a preacher from Florida. The gentleman I bought from told me all the history of the guitar from what was told to him. The wood type I am not sure of?

The guitar took some getting used to, it is a bit darker sounding than I am used to but now that I have learned the guitar and its abilities I am very pleased with it. I have been recently toying with the notion of selling it, but it is sounding more and more like a bad idea! I guess if the right money came along I'd sell it, but it would be tough to let her go.
