I have a 1994 CE-24. Great guitar but the pickups don't quite "do it" for me. I am between the Texas/BBQ combo and the Tallboys b/c of the split options.
Any thoughts out there? I tend to use this guitar for most everything when we gig - blues, rock, surf, latin so it's gotta be pretty versatile.
The PRS pickups are ok but what I would like is really good humbucker sounds when they are on and some "quackiness" when I split them.
Does that sound more Tallboy/Halfbreed? :D
