Need some pup selection help

Hey folks I'm new here and after reading the reviews of the Rio's I want some. I need pups for a project I'm biulding. Maple/Mahogany tele with a dive only floyd. All maple neck. I'm looking for 70's to 80's rock tones and some blues as well. I need a humbucker and a strat single. I was going to go for the BBQ and the Texas humbuckers, but I want a strat tones in the neck position.

Welcome to the forum...

For versatility, I'm a big fan of a Halfbreed neck and Muy Grande bridge bucker... if you go with a TX or BBQ in the bridge a Muy Grande neck pu might be a better balance. Also think about a Dirty Harry neck pu with the TX or BBQ... give you a P90ish experience there.
