Bought this on eBay this week...2002 Wrangler Pro. See attached photos. I am thrilled; I bought this on faith because of the good word on Robin Guitars, (not to mention that it's my wife's name...which mitigates the purchase in her eyes!) and the value in a handmade guitar...

I'm a relative beginner, and to date owned a Jay Turser made-in-China LP knockoff, which seemed OK, and a Fender Standard Strat, which also seemed okay...but this guitar has introduced me into another realm of quality...GREAT! Sound/Fit/Finish

Your wife's name is Wrangler? That's a strange name - especially for a woman.
You'd better hope the Wrangler jeans company doesn't get pissed off and make her change her name to Rawhide. That would be even stranger, I'd think.

Yes, one should notice a dramatic difference in quality when comparing a Robin with a Turser or a Mexican Fender (even the American Fenders are not a whole lot better). The Robin bolt-on guitars are by far the best bargains out there; costing about half of what you'd have to pay for a Custom Shop Fender (which still might not be its equal).
