I have been working on the board this morning, and made a few changes. Older messages from "General Chatter" and "For Sale" have been moved to an Archives area. Also, when you post a message, you should see two small icons on the right side of your post. These will allow you to edit or delete your own post within 30 minutes. We'll see how that works out.

I also made some minor technical changes, so please email me if something doesn't seem to be acting right.

Good deal on the editing capabilities.

On another board I post on, each post in a thread is numbered. If you want to comment on a particular post, there's a "reply" link you can click on in each post. The new post says something like "In response to message #4". I really like this feature because it avoids a lot of confusion. Sometimes I'll try responding to a post and before I can type my reply, someone else has posted - then it looks like I'm replying to a different post.

Just a thought - and as always - thank you for all the work you do around here. If it didn't pay so well it probably wouldn't be worth it, right? <grin>

Jeez, Kenny! Just crap in his salad, why doncha!!!!

Dave, great work. We appreciate it, even in Jones doesn't.

Sometimes it's less bothersome to be asked to trim the hedges while you're still outside mowing the yard.

(hey - I just made that up - and it sounds like it too)

Interesting Analogy, Ken. In this case, however, I'll akin it to glancing at the toy aisle at the grocery store and thinking "what the heck, it's time to have kids..."

Thanks guys...

Smitty

PS: Kizanski, don't even start in on me <grin>

That "kids" analogy sounds familiar! I'm living proof.

I figured that was sorta how things went... Is it true you're still banned from that supermarket?

Just the produce aisle....

No, no, no...

this is just ice cream.

(that's the punch line to a joke involving a penguin, an auto mechanic, a supermarket, and the set-up line of "Well, it looks like you blew a seal.")

"PS: Kizanski, don't even start in on me <grin>"

I wasn't gonna say it.....
