About 2-3 weeks ago the yearly tax returns were about due to show up and the usual " I want a Robin " bug got me.
So I went about my obsessive search thru the Dealers listing and came up empty handed ( Not many dealers keep an updated inventory stock list on their website - very few ).
So I went the easy route and posted a " Robin Wanted " request here . Two dealers responded ( John Williams Joyful Noise Music , BCR Greg ). Thankyou to both of you :-)
I have been dreaming about a Robin Machete for a while. John Williams helped me locate a new Robin Machete Pro with an ebony fret board . I also wanted to say thankyou to Allen at Robin guitars for his help.
Its a fairly common occurance to pick up a high profile guitar manufactures instrument at a retailers venue and pick out flaws. Most good guitar players that have been around a while can do this and more.
However , even my friends with such a discerning eye can't find flaws with any of my Robins.
Now if I can just sell my Bad Cat Hot Cat 15 ... I will be on the way to another Robin...
